8 Haftalık Yüzme Antrenmanlarının Fonksiyonel Hareket Analizleri Üzerine Etkisinin Araştırılması Article Swipe

Bu araştırma 15-17 yaş yüzme sporcularına uygulanan 8 haftalık yüzme antrenmanlarının fonksiyonel hareket tarama testi üzerine etkisinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, İzmir ili ilçesinde 15-17 yaş 22 kız 22 erkek olmak üzere toplamda 44 yüzme sporcusu katılmıştır. Ön testlerden sonra randomize yöntem ile çalışma grubu kontrol ve deney grubu olmak üzere iki gruba ayrılmıştır. Veriler “Kişisel Ölçüm Formu” ve “Fonksiyonel Hareket Tarama Testi (FMS)” kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Deney grubuna 8 hafta boyunca fonksiyonel antrenman programı uygulanmış olup, kontrol grubu haftalık yüzme antrenmanlarına devam etmişlerdir. Ön test-son test araştırma sonuçları incelendiğinde 8 haftalık fonksiyonel hareket antrenmanlarının yüzme sporcularında anlamlı değişiklikler olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Fonksiyonel hareket analiz değerlendirmeleri ile sporcularda vücut durum tespiti yaptıktan sonra fonksiyonel hareket antrenmanlarının yüzücülere programlı bir şekilde uygulanmasının performans ve gelişim açısından anlamlı bir ilişki sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Sonuç olarak; yüzme sporcularının derin çömelme, yüksek adımlama, aktif bacak kaldırma ve gövde stabilitesi hareketleri son test değerlerinin; omuz hareketlilik ve rotasyon dengesi hareketleri ön test değerlerinin daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. FMS toplam skorlarının farklı branşta değerlendirilmesinin spor bilimine katkı sunacağı söylenebilir.
