ABSTRACT Introduction Large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (LCNEC) of the bladder is rare and aggressive. Reports of metastasectomy for single distant metastases are even rarer. Case Presentation A 49‐year‐old man was admitted to our hospital with gross hematuria. Cystoscopy, magnetic resonance imaging, and computed tomography revealed invasive bladder cancer without metastasis.
