<title>Abstract</title> Mobile Distributed Real-Time Database Systems (MDRTDBS) face significant challenges in maintaining fault tolerance during transaction processing due to the dynamic nature of mobile networks. This study introduces a Queue-Based Adaptive Transaction Processing Framework (QATP-MDRTDBS) designed to enhance fault tolerance through intelligent queue management, adaptive fault recovery, and efficient resource utilization. The framework comprises a Fault-Tolerant Execution Module that ensures reliable transaction completion even during network disruptions, and an Intelligent Queue Manager (IQM) that dynamically adjusts transaction priorities based on network conditions and transaction urgency. Additionally, an Adaptive Resource Manager optimizes resource allocation to minimize delays and improve system responsiveness. Performance evaluation results indicate that QATP-MDRTDBS significantly reduces transaction failures and improves deadline adherence compared to traditional scheduling algorithms such as Rate Monotonic Scheduling (RMS) and Earliest Deadline First (EDF). The proposed framework provides a robust and efficient solution for fault-tolerant transaction management in mobile environments.
