若手小児心臓外科医育成に関して，第71回日本胸部外科学会定期学術集会中に同時開催された日本小児心臓外科医会CHSS Japan総会でシンポジウムが開催された．今回，シンポジウムに先立ってU-40コラム特別企画として小児心臓外科医育成に関するアンケート調査を行ったので結果を報告する．
