A Study on System Optimization according to the Supply Obligations Rate of New and Renewable Energy at an Indoor Gymnasium Article Swipe

Instatutesonthepromotionofdistributionofnewandrenewableenergy,whichwererevisedin2014,daylightsystemandfuelcellwereaddedinadditiontoexistingnewandrenewableenergysources.Thisstudy,therefore,aimedatsettinguptargetsfortheintroductionofdaylightsystemandanalyzingtheinstallationrateofnewandrenewableenergywhichcanbeprovidedbydaylightsystemfortheaggressiveuseofdaylightsystem,therebydeductingtheoptimalcombinationratiowithothernewandrenewableenergysources.Theresultsofthestudyareasfollows.First,whenaprism-shapeddaylightsystemwasinstalledtoaroundindoorgymnasiumamongdomesticindoorgymnasiums,outofasupplyobligationsallotmentrateof15%ofnewandrenewableenergy,therateofdaylightsystemwasbasicallysetat2.5%.Second,therefore,withdaylightsystemcomingfirst,thelackedsupplyobligationsratewastakenupbysolarphotovoltaic,solarheatandgeothermalheat.Inaddition,usingtheKRESSProgram,economic,technical,environmentalandcomplexityevaluationsfortheupper5%wasmade,deductingtheoptimalratioofthesystem.Theresultsproducedthefollowingoptimalcombinationratios:solarphotovoltaic(83.3%)ineconomicevaluation,solarheat(8.3%)andgeothermalheat(75%)intechnicalevaluation,solarphotovoltaic(83.3%)inenvironmentalevaluation,andsolarphotovoltaic(83.3%,thesameasineconomicevaluation)incomplexityevaluation.KeyWords : 신재생에너지(NewandRenewableEnergy),공급의무비율(Supplyobligationsallotmentrate),KRESS프로그램(KRESSProgram),상위5%(Theupper5%),최적조합비율(Theoptimalcombinationratio)[논문] 한국태양에너지학회 논문집JournaloftheKoreanSolarEnergySocietyVol. 35, No. 6, 2015ISSN 1598-6411http://dx.doi.org/10.7836/kses.2015.35.6.051
