With the rapid development of high-tech materials, the demand for high-purity aluminum in industrial production is increasing due to its excellent ductility, electrical conductivity, light reflection, corrosion resistance, etc. This work takes the preparation of high-purity aluminum as the main line, briefly introduces the industrial layout and application of high-purity aluminum, focuses on the overview of the preparation technology, preparation mechanism, machining techniques and research status of high-purity aluminum (including morphology characteristics, composition distribution, process optimization, numerical simulation, etc.), and gives a simple summary and evaluation of the development of high-purity aluminum, aiming to provide a valuable reference for the production and application of high-purity aluminum in the future.
