Additional file 4: Table S4. Ranking of all kinases in their likelihood of phosphorylating each phosphosite cluster. The final computed output from the Bayesian analysis was represented as probability ratios of Posterior/Initial Prior where the Initial Prior is the defined a priori 1/521 chance.
