Indonesia as a developing country is currently in the economic development phase. Economic development that is not uniform between one region and another will cause development inequality between regions. This inequality is an important issue because Indonesia's territory is vast and consists of various islands with their own characteristics. The Williamson Index is used to measure the level of inequality in research. Government intervention with fiscal decentralization policies is considered an alternative to solving the problem of inequality. This study aims to analyze the effect of fiscal decentralization in the form of PAD, DBH, and DAU on development inequality between regions in Indonesia. The data used in this study are secondary data covering data from 33 provinces in Indonesia from 2016-2022. The method used in this study is the panel data regression analysis method. The results of the study show that PAD has a negative and significant effect on inequality, DBH has a negative but not significant effect on inequality, and DAU has a negative and also significant effect on inequality between regions in Indonesia.Indonesia as a developing country is currently in the economic development phase.
