This dataset present species richness, community functional structure (inter and intraspecific trait variation, trait-trait covariation and functional diversity) and environmental data (soil Nitrogen, Carbon and moisture) from a subtropical forest. The dataset includes all the variables for 25 m2, 100 m2, 400 m2, and 1936 m2 spatial grains, and further separation in adults and sapling categories for 400 m2, and 1936 m2 spatial grains.
