Carcinoma renal é um tumor predominantemente epitelial, que se desenvolve a partir de células tubulares. Sendo sua maior ocorrência em cães, machos, idosos e sem predileção racial. Os sinais clínicos, frequentemente, são inespecíficos, contudo, na maioria dos casos, incluem êmese, anorexia e massa abdominal palpável. Este trabalho tem como objetivo relatar o caso de carcinoma renal tubular em um canino fêmea, castrada, Fila Brasileiro, que apresentava sinais de cio, perda de peso progressiva, inapetência e hematúria. No exame de ultrassom abdominal identificou-se uma massa em topografia de rim direito, compatível com neoplasia. Posteriormente, realizou celiotomia exploratória, seguida de nefrectomia.
