Conservative Motion Theory – UO3: GEX Density and Spectral Flow Article Swipe
The previous paper (UO2) established the existence, uniqueness, and minimality of theGiant Exchange Kernel (GEX) in the external UO-domain. GEX was shown to projectinto the internal universe as an effective gravitational field reproducing all dark-matter-likephenomena.In this paper (UO3), we compute the full spectral density of GEX, derive its closed-formasymptotics, construct its continuous radial approximation, and demonstrate its observationalequivalence to dark matter across scales: cluster κ-maps (Abell 2744, Bullet, MACS J0416),galaxy rotation curves (SPARC), and large-scale flows.We prove that the densityρGEX(r) = C0 e−2r/r0 r−(α+1)arises universally from the spectral edge of the external bulk operator B, and that internalprojection of this density reproduces all gravitational anomalies without invoking dark matteror modified gravity.This establishes GEX as the sole external gravitational source required by the internaluniverse and completes the operator-theoretic foundation for an external cosmology.
