This repository contains the codes to perform the analysis and the figure for the "Species-wide quantitative transcriptomes and proteomes reveal distinct genetic control of gene expression variation in yeast" paper. The analysis were performed using R and can be achieved using the analysis_and_figure.R file. All the data required to run this code are available with the data_upload.zip archive.
