Data for the figures of Sasaki et al. titled as 'Internal lee waves control deep ocean turbulent mixing in the Antarctic Circumpolar Current at 50E' Article Swipe
Each '.mat' file is prepared for each CTD cast, in which three structures as 'spec', 'v_prof', and 'var' are included. In the structure 'spec', the horizontal wavcenumber spectra of the bottom topography and the energy fluxes of E^IT and E^IT+SL are stored. The vertical profiles of epsilon, squared buoyancy frequency, and Krho are stored in the structure 'v_prof'. The calculated bottom topography roughness and steepness parameter are in the structure 'var'.
