<div>Abstract<p>The Hippo–YAP1 pathway is an evolutionally conserved signaling cascade that controls organ size and tissue regeneration. Dysregulation of Hippo–YAP1 signaling promotes initiation and progression of several types of cancer, including gastric cancer.
