Based on fact that chemotaxis assay was run for 24 hours, exposure of RMS cells to Ki16425 significantly affect responsiveness of RMS cells to LPA for at least 36 hours [24 hours (time of assay) + 12 hours (cells kept in culture before performing assay)]. The recovery of responsiveness to LPA gradient after 24 hours indicates transient but not toxic effect of Ki16425.
