Detection of Precursor Signatures to Plasma Instability via Emergent Field Correlation Dynamics Article Swipe
We present a global plasma simulation designed to identify early precursor signatures preceding macroscopic plasma instability and collapse. Starting from high-entropy, magnetized plasma conditions, the system self-organizes into coherent field structures while simultaneously exhibiting subtle correlation patterns that precede instability onset. The analysis reveals reproducible precursor signals encoded in field-phase alignment, entropy-gradient evolution, and long-range correlation growth, emerging well before any large-scale structural disruption occurs. These signatures persist across ensemble initializations and exhibit zero topology variance, indicating a robust and intrinsic instability-detection mechanism. The results suggest that plasma instability may be forecastable through emergent field correlations rather than relying solely on threshold-based diagnostics, offering potential pathways toward early-warning systems for confinement loss in high-energy plasma environments.
