This document presents a speculative but rigorously structured physical hypothesis developed through the reasoning process of an AI model specifically trained for reflective thinking rather than standard pattern prediction. The resulting framework — Dynamic Resonant Fusion (DRF) — emerges not from a predefined physical theory but from an iterative internal reasoning process, where the model attempts to construct a coherent explanation for stable, energy-positive nuclear fusion based on the latest scientific results. These reflections explore whether stable fusion might require not only confinement and temperature, but a coordinating field, emerging from interactions between coherence, resonance, and adaptive deformation. The AI develops this idea into a mathematical structure containing: • a proposed tensor field formalism • an action functional and Lagrangian decomposition • connections to information geometry • potential links to known areas of physics (QFT, plasma stability, entropy flows) • experimentally testable predictions • outlines for future engineering applications While DRF is not claimed as a physical discovery, it represents a novel form of AI-generated scientific hypothesis:not a statistical remix of known theories, but a structured attempt at theoretical invention grounded in physics adjacent research. The work highlights that when an AI system is trained to think (not merely to autocomplete), it begins to produce hypotheses with internal structure, testable predictions, and cross-domain consistency — characteristics typically associated with early-stage theoretical physics.
