Hasil riset menunjukkan posisi CKD dan PLB dapat membantu meningatkan kondisi pernafasan pasien PPOK. Mengetahui efektifitas posisi CKD dan PLB terhadap penurunan keluhan sesak nafas pasien PPOK.Eksperimen randomized control trial pre post test with control group. Sample 25 pasien, dengan random sampling.Terdapat tiga kelompok: intervensi/klp 1 (diposisikan CKD dan PLB), kontrol 1/ klp 2 (diposisikan semi fowler dan natural breathing) dan kontrol 2/ klp 3 (diposisikan CKD dan natural breathing), masing-masing tindakan dilakukan selama 3 hari. Posisi CKD dan PLB yang dilakukan selama 3 hari lebih efektif dalam menurunkan keluhan sesak nafas dengan p-value (0,000) <α (0,05)
