Median AREG (A) and EGFR (B) expression and their 95% confidence interval (95% CI, grey shaded). Median AREG expression was lower in right- compared to left-sided primary tumor locations, while only tumors located in caecum, ascending colon, hepatic flexure and descending colon showed low EGFR expression.
