Equilibrium as the Substrate Driver of Chemical Signaling and Evolution: Extending the Swygert Theory of Everything AO (STOE-AO) to Biological Systems Article Swipe
This paper applies the Swygert Theory of Everything AO (STOE-AO) to biological systems by identifying equilibrium (Y) as the underlying driver of DNA fidelity, chemical signaling, homeostasis, and evolutionary change. It proposes that all biochemical events are V = E·Y realization processes, where signaling molecules function as Y-correction vectors and mutation rates scale with environmental opportunity. The framework unifies physics, chemistry, and biology under a single equilibrium formalism and provides multiple testable predictions, including φ-harmonic clustering in enzyme kinetics, Y-dependent mutation hotspots, and evolutionary bursts shaped by Y-gradient propagation.
