近年,病院総合医の必要性や重要性が注目されているが,若手の病院総合医が活動できる場はなかった.今回,日本プライマリ・ケア連合学会に,主に10年目以下の若手病院総合医で構成される「病院総合医チーム」という組織を構築した.病院総合医チームの活動内容を報告し,その活動の意義と今後の展望について考察を行う.
