Figure S1 provides additional analysis of DMRs, including genic location, bivalent status, methylation validation, and IPA analysis. Figure S2 provides evidence supporting the finding that oxidative damage-induced gene expression changes occur in epithelial cells. Figure S3 demonstrates that the inflammatory response to ETBF is similar in WT and Msh2 deficient mice. Figure S4 demonstrates that Msh2 deficient Min mice have higher CFU/g of ETBF in their stool than WT Min mice. Figure S5 provides DNA methylation validation for MBD-seq data presented in Figure 5.
