The ultimate tensile strain and fracture energy of LWI-100 were obtained by a four-point pure bending moment test and a three-point bending beam test. The finite element analysis of the heat insulation block is carried out by using fracture theory. The experimental results show that when the maximum tensile strain exceeds the ultimate tensile strain, the fracture energy of the material does not exceed the critical energy.
