Fixed-time synchronization of stochastic complex networks with mixed delays via intermittent control

This paper studies the problem of fixed-time synchronization in stochastic complex networks. Through the intermittent control strategy, a new controller is designed, so that the system is not affected by the initial value and achieves synchronization at a fixed-time. The controller avoids the influence brought by the sign function and also suitable for directed networks. Establish sufficient conditions for Lyapunov function to derive synchronization.
