Event Horizons as Observational Cloaks: Geometric Reinterpretation of Black Holes and the Magnetar–Black Hole Continuum This preprint presents a finite-core reinterpretation of black hole event horizons based on continuous gravitational lensing and magnetar-like interior structure. In contrast with the singularity-based geometry of ΛCDM, this model treats event horizons not as causally prohibitive boundaries where physics terminates, but as observational cloaks formed by extreme photon deflection around ultra-compact, magnetized cores. Drawing on recent multiwavelength observations of Sagittarius A*, V404 Cygni, GRS 1915+105, and MAXI J1820+070, we show that black holes exhibit plasma behaviors identical to those seen in magnetars—including coronal mass ejections, plasmoid ejections, organized magnetic topologies, flux rope formation, and reconnection-driven hot spot motion. These phenomena require field line anchoring, magnetic stress accumulation, and confined plasma structures—processes that cannot occur in the strict singularity model but arise naturally from a finite, rotating, highly magnetized core. We outline the continuous progression of photon deflection as mass-to-radius ratio increases, demonstrating that event horizons emerge naturally as the limit where grazing-angle light achieves ~90° bending, producing a visibility boundary rather than a causal discontinuity. This geometry resolves multiple theoretical inconsistencies associated with singularities, aligns with strong-field GR predictions in the exterior region, and makes testable predictions for future EHT-class interferometers. This work forms a standalone supplement within the Celestial Hydrogen Cycle (CHC) framework. It establishes the physical identity between magnetars and black holes, provides a finite-core alternative to singularities, and clarifies how catastrophic field reconfiguration (CFR) events scale from magnetar flares to supermassive black hole jets. Topics: compact objects, black hole geometry, gravitational lensing, magnetars, plasma astrophysics, magnetic reconnection, photon spheres, finite-core models, strong-field general relativity, X-ray binaries, AGN phenomenology. This is part of the greater Celestial Hydrogen Cycle (CHC) model. See the full model at the DOI listed below. DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17539939
