This paper investigates the geospatial signatures of volcanic hazard cascade interactions across diverse volcanic systems, including shield volcanoes, stratovolcanoes, calderas, and supervolcanoes. Volcanic hazard cascades, wherein a primary volcanic event triggers a series of secondary hazards, pose significant challenges to risk assessment and mitigation. Using a comparative analysis framework, this study examines the spatial and temporal relationships between primary volcanic phenomena (e.g., ashfall, pyroclastic flows, lahars) and secondary hazards (e.g., flooding, landslides, infrastructure damage) in different volcanic settings. The research employs geospatial techniques, including remote sensing data analysis, geographic information systems (GIS), and spatial modeling, to identify and characterize the unique hazard cascade signatures associated with each volcanic system. The findings reveal distinct patterns of hazard interaction influenced by volcano morphology, eruption style, and environmental context. This research contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of volcanic risk by highlighting the importance of considering cascade effects in hazard assessment and land-use planning. The implications extend to improved early warning systems, emergency response strategies, and long-term resilience planning in volcanically active regions.
