Gestão de conflitos interpessoais pelos estudantes do ensino superior: revisão sistemática de literatura Article Swipe

O ensino superior é contexto de grande heterogeneidade, onde profissionais e estudantes com características diversas interagem e coexistem diariamente. Pela complexidade inerente a estas relações, é natural e expectável o surgimento de múltiplos conflitos. Uma revisão sistemática de literatura sobre a temática indica que, internacionalmente, são vários os estudos que procuram compreender quais os tipos, causas e abordagens aos conflitos no ensino superior. Em Portugal, as investigações realizadas sobre este fenómeno são escassas. Este artigo apresenta um mapeamento e síntese de literatura científica existente sobre a gestão de conflitos interpessoais no ensino superior, em particular, sobre a perceção dos estudantes e estilos de gestão de conflitos a que estes recorrem. Recorreu-se a diferentes bases de dados para localizar os estudos, sendo privilegiados aqueles publicados a partir de 2015, em português, inglês e espanhol. No total, resultaram 21 estudos selecionados. Os principais resultados obtidos, da síntese e análise dos trabalhos, revelam que: os estudantes do ensino superior têm uma perceção negativa relativamente ao conflito; a relação mais geradora de conflito é a relação estudante-docente, seguida da estudante-estudante; e os estilos de gestão de conflitos a que os estudantes recorrem com mais frequência são os estilos colaborativo, evitativo e competitivo. Tratando-se de um tema emergente, com poucas produções científicas a seu respeito, esta revisão de literatura mostra-se importante para caracterizar este fenómeno, para justificar a sua importância no contexto nacional português e para incentivar outros estudos futuros sobre esta temática.
