<title>Abstract</title> Two-dimensional (2D) In<sub>2</sub>Se<sub>3</sub> represents a uniquely versatile platform for novel electronics, hosting the rare coexistence of paraelectric (β), antiferroelectric (β'), and ferroelectric (α) phases.
