<sec> <title>UNSTRUCTURED</title> Conversational agents are computer software capable of having a natural conversation. They are increasingly used in healthcare, but research in this field is very scarce. . If chatbots are to be safely used by a large number of patients, they must be evaluated like a medical device, or even a drug. </sec>
