AUS implantation results in high satisfaction and substantial improvements in continence and QOL at 1 yr. Ease of use and effectiveness are key drivers of satisfaction, while toileting behaviors appear largely unchanged following implant. These findings offer valuable insights to guide preoperative counseling and patient selection.
