The dissenting opinion is an integral part of human nature. The status of Islamic sources may be understood differently by some scholars which leads to opine differently. Keeping in view the evidence given by the scholars, a dispute may be resolved. The importance of this issue increases if such an issue has any relevance to the shar‘īah.
