hs-Mbs+US effectively dissolved both white and red macrothrombi and simultaneously alleviated skeletal muscle IRI through the US-triggered, organ-specific release of H2 S. This integrated therapeutic strategy holds promise for treating thromboembolic diseases and subsequent IRI.
