The first small-molecular ratiometric pH sensor with mitochondria targeting ability was constructed. With this sensor, the stimulated pH<sub>m</sub>fluctuation in MCF-7 cells was monitored<italic>via</italic>both fluorescence confocal microscopy and flow cytometry.
