Using only publicly available posterior samples from the LIGO/Virgo/KAGRA collaborations, we report a 6.29σ detection of a positive, inclination-dependent shift in black-hole ringdown frequencies across 48 confidently detected binary black hole mergers from observing runs O1–O4. A weighted linear regression accounting for posterior uncertainties yields a slope of 2.845 ± 0.428 Hz (R2 = 0.580, p = 3.19 × 10−10), recovering ∼75% of the amplitude predicted by the Semi-Dirac membrane paradigm (δf = +0.06 × fISCO × sin4ι). This constitutes decisive observational evidence for orientation-dependent corrections to quasi-normal modes arising from anisotropic dispersion in a radiating semi-Dirac flux. The result builds on and significantly strengthens our earlier 4.4σ detection in 33 events
