IFNa treated and untreated PV and Healthy Control scRNAseq Data Article Swipe
A single cell RNA sequencing data set consisting of 3 healthy controls and 3 Polycythemia Vera. For each patient, a interferone alpha treated and untreated sample is included, for a total of 6 samples. The cells were preprocessed and clustered using Seurat.
