Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Shifting To Digital Terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Kerja Pada Karyawan PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Bulukumba. Variabel Penelitian ini terdiri dari Shifting To Digital dan Tingkat Kepuasan Kerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif bersifat asosiatif. Adapun populasi dengan jumlah 44 karyawan Pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Bulukumba. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 44 responden yaitu keseluruhan populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Shifting To Digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Kerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Bulukumba.Kata kunci: Shifting To Digital, Tingkat Kepuasan KerjaAbstract. This study aims to determine the Implementation of Shifting To Digital on the Level of Job Satisfaction in Employees of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Bulukumba Branch Office. This research variable consists of Shifting To Digital and Job Satisfaction Level. This type of research is quantitative associative. The population with a total of 44 employees at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Bulukumba Branch Office. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with a sample size of 44 respondents, namely the entire population. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees. Data analysis techniques using simple regression with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Shifting To Digital has a positive and significant effect on the level of employee job satisfaction at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
