Unresectable stage III NSCLC standard treatment is chemo-radiotherapy (CT-RT) followed by immunotherapy (IO) with durvalumab. We investigated adding an induction phase with chemo-immunotherapy (ChIO). APOLO was a multicentre, single-arm, phase 2 trial (NCT04776447).
