In this study, the diamond wheel sintered strip was prepared with a ceramic binder as a sintering agent. The influence of the content of ceramic binder on the mechanical properties and microstructure of sintered samples was studied. The results showed that with the increase of binder content, the total porosity of the sintered strip shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing. The hardness and strength of the sintered strips initially increase and subsequently decrease. The study concludes that the content of the bonding agent significantly influences both the mechanical properties and the microscopic morphology of the sintered strips.
