Abstract Background Despite the burden of pyelonephritis after kidney transplantation, there is no consensus on initial empirical antibiotic management. Methods We surveyed clinicians throughout the world on their practice and opinions about the initial empirical therapy of post‐transplant pyelonephritis, using clinical vignettes.
