The cover picture shows simultaneous inhibition of the restacking of exfoliated graphene and reagglomeration of dispersed nanodiamond to create an N-doped mesoporous graphene/nanodiamond hybrid (N-RGO/ND). In their Communication, Z. K. Zhao et al. report a facile and scalable strategy for the preparation of N-RGO/ND architectures. The nanocomposite shows enhanced catalysis for thermocatalytic oxidant- and steam-free direct dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene to styrene and for the electrocatalytic oxygen reduction reaction. The article highlighted by this cover can be found on p. 1070 ff. of Issue 7, 2015.
