Juvenile crime and recidivism pose significant challenges in contemporary society, with reported juvenile crimes nearly doubling in the past five years, raising concerns about social safety. This study addresses the limitations of existing response methods and introduces an innovative approach to tackle these issues.We propose a model that integrates the Youth Delinquency Prevention Center's delinquency prevention education with a Metaverse counseling platform. This model focuses on the crucial six-month period following delinquency and aims to enhance crime awareness and prevent recidivism through psychological support. We analyze the challenges faced during the initial stages of delinquency prevention education and evaluate the psychological counseling effects following the introduction of the Metaverse.Our research centers on the operation of the Youth Delinquency Prevention Center, the implementation of the Metaverse counseling platform, and the analysis of pilot operation results. We conducted field investigations to identify practical and effective solutions. This study presents a fresh perspective on delinquency prevention education, highlighting its positive impacts and development prospects.
