Kinase-substrate prediction using an autoregressive model

Kinase-specific phosphorylation plays a critical role in cellular signaling and various diseases. However, even in model organisms, the substrates of most kinases remain unidentified. Currently, there is no reliable method to predict kinase-substrate relationships.
