LEARNER DIFFERENCES AND LEARNING NEEDS Article Swipe
Tujuan dari tulisan ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan perbedaan dan bakat yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik guna mengembangkan kemampuan intelektual dan bakat setiap peserta didik untuk dipupuk dan dikembangkan agar potensi yang dimiliki setiap individu terwujud sesuai dengan perbedaan masing-masing. Metode yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini menggunakan metode libreary research yang berusaha mencari data-data, teori-teori yang berkaitan dengan persoalan yang diangkat dalam berbagai literature atau referensi yang ditemukan penulis kemudian dibandingkan dan dianalisis dengan teori-teori yang lainnya. Kesimpulannya bahwa Kecerdasan (intelegensi) individu berkembang sejalan dengan interaksi antara aspek perkembangan yang satu dengan aspek perkembangan yang lainnya dan antara individu yang satu dengan individu yang lainnya begitu juga dengan lingkungannya. Oleh karena itu, setiap peserta didik memiliki tingkat intelegensi yang berbeda-beda. Peserta didik pun dalam sebuah kelas pun memiliki bakat yang berbeda-beda pula. Untuk itu, pendidik tentunya diharuskan untuk dapat mengenali dan memahami setiap perbedaan tersebut agar pendekatan dan metode atau strategi pembelajaran dapat diterima oleh semua peserta didik.
