Front Cover: A K+-responsive block copolymer micelle is developed for targeted intracellular drug delivery. The drug encapsulated in the micelle could be delivered and specifically released inside the cells triggered by intracellular high K+ concentration. The proposed K+-responsive micelles are highly potential in the field of targeted therapy. This is reported by Shan Yan, Lin-Yan Wan, Xiao-Jie Ju, Jiang-Feng Wu, Lei Zhang, Ming Li, Zhuang Liu, Wei Wang, Rui Xie and Liang-Yin Chu, article number 1700143.
