MAS-Based Adaptive Cooperative Optimization Algorithm (MAS-ACOA) Article Swipe
Multi-agent Systems Theory (MAS Theory) provides a mathematical framework for studying complex distributed intelligent systems. This paper proposes a novel adaptive cooperative optimization algorithm (MAS-ACOA) based on MAS Theory. By introducing an information field mechanism, an adaptive belief system, a multi-level cooperative-competitive mechanism, and an environmental feedback fusion mechanism, it achieves efficient search and global exploration of optimization problems. The algorithm models the optimization problem as a system composed of multiple autonomous agents, fully reflecting the autonomy, cooperation, communication capabilities, and environmental awareness of the agents. This paper systematically elaborates on the algorithm design ideas, mathematical modeling, core mechanisms, and formula derivation, demonstrating the profound application value of MAS theory in heuristic optimization algorithms.
