The international conference on Communication Systems, Computer, and IT Applications (CSCITA) is happening at the St. Francis Institute of Technology's lush green campus for the very first time.The first two editions of this conference were organized at the Hotel Kohinoor, Mumbai while the third edition -CSCITA-20 was conducted virtually.CSCITA-23 is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Bombay Section and is being conducted in collaboration with the Mumbai University.It is a huge responsibility to chair an international conference which is wellknown for high quality standards in every aspect of the organization.I'm forever indebted to the SFIT management especially Director Brother Shantilal Kujur and Principal Dr. Sincy George for believing in me and always
