This standard defines the compliance, interoperability, and integration requirements for systems and computational pipelines implementing the METACORE architectural model. S2 establishes the conformity criteria for METACORE-based reasoning engines, cross-system operational guarantees, and the mechanisms enabling stable semantic alignment across heterogeneous environments.The document introduces compliance levels (CL-1 to CL-3), formal interoperability rules, integration architecture constraints, validation and certification protocols, and forward-compatibility requirements.Within the METACORE standards family, S0 defines the invariant structure, S1 defines functional interfaces, and S2 completes the architectural triad by ensuring correctness, reproducibility, and deterministic alignment for multi-system deployments.
