Monitoring of the interactions of biological control products based on antagonistic microorganisms Article Swipe
Naraščajoča svetovna populacija postavlja pred kmetijstvo velik izziv za zagotavljanje zadostne količine hrane, hkrati pa se krepi potreba po trajnostnih in okolju prijaznih pristopih pridelave hrane. Ena od obetavnih metod je biotično varstvo rastlin, ki temelji na uporabi antagonistov za zatiranje škodljivih mikroorganizmov. V magistrski nalogi smo preučevali interakcije med štirimi koristnimi organizmi: glive Trichoderma asperellum T34, Pythium oligandrum M1 in Clonostachys rosea (Gliocladium catenulatum J1446) in bakterija Bacillus amyloliquefaciens QST 713. Analizirali smo njihovo rast v dvojnih kulturah pri različnih temperaturah (15 °C in 25 °C) ter ob dveh terminih inokulacije (sočasna in z zamikom treh dni). Rezultati so pokazali, da so bile interakcije izrazito odvisne od temperature in časa inokulacije. Pri sočasni inokulaciji so posamezne vrste izražale različno intenziteto rasti glede na kombinacijo partnerja, pri čemer so bile razlike med 15 °C in 25 °C zelo izrazite. Pri inokulaciji z zamikom so imele prednost kulture, ki so bile na gojišče vnesene prve, vendar se je vpliv razlikoval glede na vrsto organizma. Najbolj konsistenten rezultat vseh obravnavanj je bila boljša rast pri višji temperaturi (25 °C). Ugotavljamo, da medsebojne interakcije med antagonisti niso univerzalne, temveč jih pomembno oblikujejo okoljski dejavniki in dinamika inokulacije. Rezultati naše raziskave ponujajo pomembne smernice za optimizacijo uporabe biotičnega varstva in prispevajo k razvoju trajnostnih praks v kmetijstvu.
