The videos "expand", "rearrange_1", "rearrange_2" and "Yshape" are data taken to illustrate the capabilities of the microspheres array sorting algorithm and independent control. Videos with the title "XXum_spacing-Y" are data taken for a 25 sphere array with the rows and columns separated by XX microns. Multiple videos were taken for each spacing, as indicated by the value for Y. The video "tracker_comparison_data" is a video of a single trapped sphere, which is used to characterize the performance of different object tracking methods. HDF5 files with the prefix "fast_sampling" are data taken of the spheres measurements on a quadrant photodiode with a 5 MHz sampling rate . The first 3 rows represent the X, Y and sum output of the quadrant photodiode. The fourth row indictates which sphere is being monitored. The HDF5 file "soreted_by_index" is data taken from the quadrant photodiode where data for each sphere is averaged and sorted through the time-sharing technique. The row number in the "X", "Y", and "SUM" groups indicates the sphere's index corresponding to said data.
