Pengabdian ini ditujukan kepada mahasiswa semester 1 pada program studi Bisnis Digital pada Fakultas Bisnis dan Informatika Universitas Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan baru bagi mahasiswa tersebut agar lebih kreatif dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di era sekarang, dengan menggunakan Bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa redaksional di dalam surat. Alasan digunakannya Bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa pengantar, karena era digital bisnis komunikasi tidak terbatas pada satu wilayah saja, namun sudah masuk ke wilayah global atau mendunia. Kegiatan pengabdian ini melibatkan seluruh mahasiswa aktif pada semester I di Program Studi Bisnis Digital. Hasil pengabdian menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa yang mengikuti program kegiatan mendapatkan manfaat yakni dengan mengetahui hal penting apa saja yang harus dilakukan saat mereka ingin melakukan sebuah transaksi/komunikasi bisnis melalui surat elektronik.
